Stabilizing gels are not what was sent
The image clearly shows the "hooks" or "tabs" which help to keep the headset in your ear - I cannot use the over-the-ear hook on most headsets because it conflicts with my glasses, or it makes my ear sore. The construction of BlueAnt's stabilizing ear gels is one of the many reasons I prefer the headset to others - nice and soft, no irritation and they *do* stabilize the headset. Unfortunately, these came as standard BlueAnt ear gels and not the stabilizing version as shown in the image.
