No noticable improvement installed at bottom of tower as weather has not been favorable to climb tower.Not sure if that will be any improvement yet highly doubtful.

Q: 3 inputs for antenna, of them how many are amplified ?

All inputs are amplified. #1 phillips can be used to turn down the amplification if needed.

Q: How many inputs, outputs?

2 UHF inputs, 1 VHF input, 1 Combined output. The connection is directly wired in. The Coax F connector is cut off and this is good since they get wet from rain. Special tool included to cut and trim the coax. Takes 15 minutes to install. The power supply has a bright LED in it so install in a hidden area or cover with tape.
