Organic Antioxidant Fruit & Fiber

I really really dislike the taste of most vegetables. That might be why I really dislike the taste of this supplement. I absolutely couldn't stand it. So I bought some gelatin capsules and filled them with this so I could take them as pills instead.When I ingest an appropriate amount of this powder (it works out to 7-10 pills), I do feel healthier. I believe that they have good nutrients in this supplement. But I really disliked the taste.

We all know that we don't get enough fruit, fiber or antioxidants in our diet so this is a no brainer! You can mix this in drinks, food, add it to your baking or even just add it to water and BOOM you got your daily dietary requirements...I love that idea. It tastes pretty good so it is definitely a regular thing for me now! What a great product and you get a substantial amount at a good price so I highly recommend this to everyone reading this! Let's get healthy!!

The taste is awful. Ive tried everything to mask in a smoothie. Cacao, honey, several differe protien powders and sweetners. In the end, just adding cold coffee, creamer and protien powder in a blender does the trick. Has to be in the blender to try and help out some of the grain texture.Ive tried to find something because of the bad taste but you cant beat this.for the value. 6g protien, omega fats, fiber and vitamins and for 22 servings.

nice mix! wish it had some more greens like spirulina, then lesser amounts of like chlorella maybe (not in it but would be cool addition) but either way still gets 5 stars from me! the chia seeds seem kind of u needed but it is a nice boost I guess anything healthy I'll take. its a yellow turmeric color with black chia seed spots in it! you can tell they put a solid amount of turmeric by the color which is awesome.

I am happy with this product because solves problem I can hide fiber, Use chia seed for some things, not all things.People in my family don't like chia seeds, so this is a miracle ingredient for the pickiest people in the world, so I put the scoops in, and they full longer and not stuffing their face.I just hope they heed when I say it's fiber type.Also got this for myself because some foods tend to stick around longer than I want them too.

I like the kind without turmeric much better. This kind tastes terrible in oatmeal, even with extra sweetener added.

Wonderful addition to ur smoothies or banana bread. I've even used it in corn bread. I've been using it for over 3 yrs. Highly recommend it.
