Shipment Came INCOMPLETE
I ordered this item the first time and I received only 1 gal of the 4 per carton that were supposed to be in the order. When I re-ordered the item, I received the 4 gallons.

only 1 - 1 gallon bottle of soap. Not 4 bottles
Only received 1 bottle inside the big box (meant to hold 4 or 6 gallon bottles, I thought I was buying 4 bottles). Also, the lid was loose and product had spilled inside the box. I guess they are too busy to tighten the lid or clarify the description.
