Make: Ultimate Microcontroller Pack

Complete contents in the package, all parts listed were in the box when it arrived. There was no instruction booklet or guide included, but their website (makershed.com) has everything you'll need to read to start using the kit to its potential. Even a nice little plastic parts box not shown in the picture was also included. You'll need it, there are *lots* of loose parts in this pacakge.One small disappointment, not enough to reduce the review by a star, was that the parts picture shows a UNO board with a removable DIP package AVR, basically an old style UNO board. Included with my package was a "special edition" small sized board with a surface mounted (SMD) processor, obviously not removable. I had actually bought the package with a removable chip board in mind to use for reprogramming for other boards. Not a deal breaker, the Mintduino kit is still available on Amazon and I've already bought one for that use. Still, if you're wanting this package for, among the other parts, a removable chip board, this isn't what you'll want.

Really good for starters, it has everything I need to play with Arduino as a beginner.

I received this as a Christmas gift. What an excellent kit. A wide array of different components to help you learn the basics of microcontroller use. This kit came with an arduino microcontroller and a number of motors, servos, and many ancilliary parts. I am very muvch looking forward to making good use of this as part of my electronics and computing workshop. Build and R2-D2 with the kids. That's it :-)
