We received our mailbox very quickly. Upon opening and checking the mailbox out, this thing is a beast, very well made, the flag has a bearing in it for smooth operation. Great product

When a mailbox is your Christmas present that you picked out months before with your husband and you are left sobbing after a car hits it, you know it is something special. This thing looks beautiful, garnered several compliments, and just plain made you happy when you looked at it. It was a victim of hit and run and judging by the carnage left, the mailbox won. Super sturdy, paint is still intact over the majority of the box, the post is still standing with minimal damage, and the flag still works flawlessly even though that is where it was hit. The price point makes it hard to replace after less than 6 months of ownership but I would recommend to anyone that isn't afraid of the cost.

I didn't know something as simple as a mailbox by the road would get me so much attention. Passer-bys, would stop me and compliment my mailbox!It is really cool and understated. Very rugged.

Really well packaged, sturdy construction. Clear directions for installation! You can tell the company takes pride in their work (and even included a handwritten note!) Outstanding - I cannot WAIT to install it and be the envy of my block, haha! Gorgeous!
