Excellent supplement to add to your arsenal. However if you have trouble swallowing large pills you may have to break these down.

This product contains Milk (in the form of whey) - this is not specified anywhere in the online description. Good thing I read the label before trying it, as I would have had a severe reaction to one of the pills! There are also several other toxic fillers in this product. You don't know what you're getting with this - stick with products that let you see all the ingredients.
