I received my 1st controller very fast and was very pleased until I realized that the audio Jack was not working properly I could hear sound coming from my ear buds but could not use my Mic. I reported the problem and they sent me an additional controller No problem with the Understanding that I return the broken controller within one month. I received the 2nd controller and the joysticks were absolutely jacked up the sticks would cause you to turn more than expected for no reason at all. Don't buy these controllers just go and buy the original playstation ones these seemed to be remanufactured fakes and do not perform.

This PS4 controller has no serial # or product information on it anywhere, so after it arrived and was rattling / half of the buttons didn't work, it was nearly impossible to get help, because every person I talked to wanted the information off of the back of the controller. There seemed to be a place where a sticker would have been, but nothing was there. It was just a plain piece of plastic and not a word on it anywhere to even be able to tell them the manufacturer. It took 3 attempts to finally get my initial purchase refunded. This was a gift, so I paid for a 3 year warranty and found out from the 3rd person I talked to, that it was a non-replaceable item. That was also a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration. This is a piece of garbage.

The media could not be loaded.  Great price! PS4 controller Came with the charger cord, thumb pad covers and it works great! Definitely recommend buying from them.

I bought this controller for my 5 year old niece so she could play games without getting my other controllers messy. If that sentence does not convey my seriousness when it comes to controllers, I don't know what will. I saw this controller and thought "okay, nice and Cheep and looks cool too, sounds good," and I was FULLY expecting this thing to just be another run of the mill 3rd party controller. I was beyond surprised when I tried this thing out myself, it felt great! Like, on other 3rd part controllers, the weight is off, the buttons feel cheap, they disconnect constantly, the sticks feel wrong with. This thing felt dang close to a 1st party controller. I'm not kidding, it felt great in the hands, the buttons were satisfying, and the sticks had the perfect feel. I could not believe the quality for the price here, and I couldn't recommend this controller enough.

It’s a Good controller so far! I love the clear, me being a female to me it looks better and the lights show more. I just received it only two days ago so I’m still feeling it out, but so far so good. Package arrived in great condition. For the most part all the buttons work & have a fresh, new feel. The PS button didn’t work when I first tried to close out my GTA game but once I cut the game back on I haven’t had any issues. The battery life seems okay..but I’ll post an update about that later on. (I usually keep it on my extended charger anyway but I’ll leave it off and see how long it lasts) . Also I love how the back of the controller feels. It’s like a grid feel so to speak but very comfortable. My boyfriend has been playing longer than I have so I had him try it out and he loves it. I figured if it got his approval it’s a great controller for the price. I’m happy with this purchase. Would recommend** UPDATE3rd day using the controller for an actually full day. Experienced a few issues. Not exactly sure what it is yet but I left my game on came back to it and I played for about 2min before the analog basically got stuck. I was playing a game doing a race and the car stayed in acceleration mode the controller didn’t allow me to steer or do anything else. Also I was playing a shooting game where the controller got stuck in shooting and didn’t allow me to do anything else to the point on both occasions I had to shut the whole PS4 off and reset it. My boyfriend suggested I keep the wire plugged in the PS4 that came with the controller Instead of the old wire I already had and keep an eye on the charge....so far no issues since but we’ll see.Sooooo at this point I’m not sure, I’m kind of on the fence about this controller. If it happens again I may return it.

I spend a lot of time gaming. Probably go through 2 controllers a year. I bought this cause of quick delivery and cost. It's not bad for kids playing with it.After a month of using it, here are the problems i'm facing.1) Battery life a) don't last as long as a PS controler b) it won't charge with anything other then orignial PS cord. (i tried on several different charges)2) buttons a) notice 2 springs are either going or gone, specifically L3 and R2.3) sticks a) they are not smooth at all.If this is for someone that plays a couple hours a week or month, it'll work. For someone who plays several hours a day, it might be a good buy if you want to create your own mod controller.

Works good for the money but occasionally glitches out and needs to be reset. I don’t know what the battery life of a normal one is, but the life of this one seems ok. For an occasional player it works okay, if your hardcore you might go for a higher priced one.

Controller was shipped and arrived within one day. The option and share buttons on this controller are much better than the original playstation controller models. On the original PS4 controllers it always felt like I had to press down hard to get it to register. I really like the transparent blue color. The seller also included a charging USB and grips for the analogs. All and all for the price, I feel the seller went above and beyond. I game six plus hours daily and have been using the controller for games like Overwatch, Apex and DBD to name a few. I haven't had any major issues. There is one thing that I found. When charging the controller you won't be able to turn it on. You'll have to unplug it to turn it on and then plug it back in if you need to keep charging it. I'm wondering if that's a design improvement to eliminate damaging the controller. I don't mind it. I usually don't write reviews though I appreciate it when sellers go the extra mile. 5 🤩
