Hebrews (N. T. Wright for Everyone Bible Study Guides)

was a good guide to use. I find not all the questions are critical but its a good conversation starter. Easy to read through.

As always Tom Wright does a great job with this study guide which is a good complement to his Every One Commentary on Hebrews. Filled with thoughtful insights and great questions for personal or group study. Check it out!

I have used several of these study guides with a person confined to prison. Since he has no support group, per se, and no Bible Study group, he has found all of the Everyone Bible Study Guides, quite helpful.

This is a good study guide. NT Wright does a good job stepping you through the book. Unfortunately the questions tend to be a little leading and generic. It could be a little more thought provoking.

This is just a really helpful commentary on this New Testament book that is rather hard to understand. The author will give the reader great help in understanding both the background and context to the whole book as well as the individual chapters and sections within the chapters. I highly recommend it to those who want a simple and readable study. GMM

Excellent... Just what I wanted...

It provides a good entry to medium level standard of bible study for groups. It really needs to be used in conjunction with N.T. Wright's Commentary on 'Hebrews for Everybody' as it provides background information to help discuss the questions posed within the study booklet.N.T. Wright is a good sound theologian and provides helpful comments within each study and plenty of food for thought. As this is supposed to be an English production, the occasional American spelling is irritating!

I had been looking for a devotional that was deep enough to impact my spiritual life but not too academic and light enough to be accessible but not just fluff. This is what NT Wright provides with this series.
