These are the best snips you can buy for cutting sheet metal hands down. I have been in the sheet metal trade for several years and these are the only snips in my opinion that are worth buying. I have tried other snips an they just do not even compare. These snips are so good that every person that I work with uses these snips exclusively. I would recommend these snips to anyone looking to buy sheet metal snips, everyone from the weekend warriors to the sheet metal tradesman. For me personally they last 8-10 months before I need to buy a new pair because they start to dull, but this is with constant use 5-6 days a week cutting metal for a majority of the day. For someone who would just use them occasionally they should last a lifetime.
