NPYPQ Plastic Measuring Cup 3/4 Cup Clear Pink

One would think it would go without saying that, at its most basic, a measuring cup will have accurate measurements. Apparently, this is not the case. This tiny measuring cup has a top line indicating 3/4 cup. I measured 2/3 of a cup of water in my Pyrex measuring cup, poured it into this one, and it went to the 3/4 cup line. When you fill the tiny cup to the 1/3 of a cup line, it is actually 1/8 of a cup. I'm completely amazed at the positive reviews here. It's like giving 5 stars to a tape measure that has random, incorrect measurements. Amazon, how is this being sold here?

I love it but I wish it came in a 1 cup size, it is very delicate so I have to be careful because it is easy to break.

I ordered this measuring cup to scoop dog food out proportionately for my blue nose pit bulldog. I am enjoying this because it has helped him with his food intake. Generally, he would just eat however much I give him. Doing it this way he just eats a little at a time and it keeps him on a schedule. The thick plastic seems to be a good quality product and it scoops so easy without bending or breaking

The fluid ounces are inflated by about a third, so if you fill it to the 4 fl oz line, you really only get 3 fl oz. If you want to measure 4 fl oz, you would have to fill to about the 5 and 1/3 fl oz line. I took a 12 oz can of soda and filled filled this cup to the 4 fl oz line four times. Hmmm? Magic?! Probably not. Also tested with other measuring cups/spoons I have. Same results.

My dog is on a diet (he’s just a little too fluffy) so I have to measure out 3.5 ozs twice a day. This little measuring cup is PERFECT!For smaller applications you couldn't ask for a better option. It’s durable, accurate, affordable and just plain cute.
