Recipe Barbecue Sauce Source: Maple Syrup Greats Ingredients: 1 small onion, minced ,1 cup ketchup,1 clove garlic minced, cup bourbon , 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire,1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon mustard powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder Directions: 1. Sauté onions and garlic in butter in a heavy saucepan. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Use to baste meats for grilling. 4. Simmer 10-15 minutes longer to reduce to a thicker sauce for serving with cooked meat; especially good for ribs or pork chops. Yield: 28 Servings
