She loves it! She took to the steps immediately.I wish it had a different color but my cat doesn’t mind. The kitten actually sleeps in the hammock at the bottom my older cat is too old to fit in it is a little too flimsy for her. Also the hole for the older cat to go onto the top is not so wide so for a large cat might have to reconsider. But then the old cat likes it because she can see the kitten coming up and slaps her on the head before the other one can bother her!When building it, must be built starting with the top items! Had to redo that one! But overallA success with the kitties old And new!

This is given my cat new life she loves playing now more than ever before. I think our other cat trees were too challenging for her to jump up on but now with these steps, she’s all over this thing she loves the bed on top she loves a little ding balls I highly recommend it.

This cat tower is perfect for my cat. She climbed right in and has claimed her new space. It seems to be very sturdy. I give it four stars because the box was open and damaged. Luckily everything was still inside and not damaged. I also wish the carpet was a little better quality. Overall I think it was a good purchase.

I wanted to love this for my senior cat with bone cancer in her knee. Unfortunately the hole at the top of the stairs is too narrow for her to comfortably fit through, as she can’t fully bend her knees.

Love this for my senior kitty that still wants to be able to go up high.

The instructions are non-verbal and spatial relations skills help. Once we got going, it was pretty intuitive.Other reviews mentioned that the hardware was not in the box. I opened it right away to check. I first thought they were missing. But soon found them taped to the inside lid of the box. It would be easy to overlook them and toss the box.It’s very sturdy and soft for our senior arthritic cat.

I bought this for my 18 year old cat. He is about 13 pounds with limited mobility. Very disappointed. The hole that leads from the stairs to the top is narrow and requires awkward maneuvering from the cat to then hop on the bed. Senior cats have limited mobility and this tree, which is supposedly trying to address that, requires them to climb through a hole and then turn and hop on the bed from one of its sides. Because the bed has raised borders, it requires the cat to get much closer to its corners to enter it, lessening the surface it can stand on to do so. The space on either side of the entry hole is 8”, but the cat has to be about 4” from it to go inside, and that’s not enough for a cat who might struggle with balance. What makes this tree dangerous, however, is that the top bed itself is completely loose and wobbly. Any cat that jumps into it is in danger of toppling over the back, especially when the high backside of the bed obscures visibility and the cat’s ability to orient itself on the small available surface. There is literally nothing to secure the bed—which, again, is very lightweight, warped, and flimsy—to the rest of the tree and a cat that has to first enter from a weird angle on a narrow space has more chances of losing its balance. Extremely irresponsible and dangerous design. As for the stairs? Each step is about 3” deep, which is very shallow unless your cat is small. This tree could work for healthy, younger cats, but the loose bed at the top would still pose a danger.

Parts just thrown in box, damaged during shipping. Broken particle board, ripped cloth covering. Missing 100% of the hardware and zero instructions. Most embarrassingly trashy product and package I’ve ever received in my life...and all for what seems to be the most expensive cat tree on amazon.
