More than satisfied
I got these stools for an English kitchen island and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! They are elegant and unique! I stained them ivory with the sit maple and they look amazing! They’re very firm and easy to ensamble!

wood cut too short
The wood pieces to hold the chair legs together are too short.

Easy assembly - except the seat!
Love the look of the chair! Actually purchased two. They look as pictured, though give attention to the height of the back. The overall height works well so as not to completely take over the island, but they could be a little taller, in my opinion. Great quality.AssemblySpecial notes - very few parts to this which make overall assembly short - in theory. The lack of pre-drilled holes for the seat is what will take the most time to address. Can assemble without the holes put prepare to apply some pressure. Also, directions do not say this but run your hand across the seat to ID the top from the bottom. You will know from the dip for actual sitting rather than flat. Would not recommend power tools to avoid splitting the wood. Also, you will need a screwdriver. Anything else is included in your package.Would buy this again

Great counter stools
I wish that they had come stained, but the are sturdy and very nice looking.

Well made
I purchased three of these. I painted them with milk paint in a soft antique white. I added rose transfers and pink seat covers. These are very well made and very sturdy. I may buy a fourth one. Great products.
