Doves FarmMalthouse Bread Flour | 2 x 1kg (UK)

This is no doubt the best bread flour i have found,but I paid over the odds for it on this occasion.When I need some again I won't pay that price.I only paid the price I did because of Covid,and me shielding.

Having used granary flours for bread making for some years this was not quite as flavoursome as I was expecting but nice to have change from making white bread or wholemeal.

Won’t be buying again , great flour but yesterday purchased in my local health shop for £1.60 for 1 kilo bag

Makes wonderful bread but flour is had to get hold of in mainstream supermarkets

Makes great bread using bread maker

The product is great, but pre-Covid it was £2.20 per kilo bag
