ZON Thumblock Wrist Weights

Good weights. I just wanted a little extra resistance when I went walking. They do move around a bit. The thumb holes do help with that problem, but I found the thumb holes to be really uncomfortable. I'm keeping mine. Hopefully, I will just get use to them.

I had a pair of Reebok 1lb wrist weights just like these, which, after two years of use, split apart. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere so I bought this Thumbtack wrist weights. It's a tad short, and I have tiny wrists. The velcro attachment is also too short to cover the whole band; I need to be mindful when doing arm movements so that the rough part of the velcro attachment does not rub on my skin. These weights also seem lighter than my old Reebok's, but for now it'll do.

Wonderful addition to body weight exercises/training. Jumping jacks, burps, boxing or any other arm exercise(s) become more challenging. The thumbhole is VERY tight. I had to cut and resew the hole to accommodate my larger hand. Beyond this design flaw, nothing to complain about.

I use these for running and they are almost perfect - they stay in place and increase the work load just enough that hopefully I'll burn more calories and my arms will become more toned without injury. They are small - fit my feminine wrists snugly. My only critique is that the thumb hole is a little too tight.

Shipped timely in acceptable packaging. I thought they would be solid black but they are gray w/ black trim. I wanted solid black but will keep them as they serve their purpose.

Way too small - especially for men. Thumb hole dangerously small and will block circulation if you attempt to wear them wrapped around your wrist by causing constant and painful tension on thumb joint. I suspect these could cause severe nerve damage to the thumbs if worn too frequently and/or too long. I found it impossible to use my hands properly while wearing these and there are much better products to choose from. My advice: pass on these. Mine are going back.

I love the wrist weights! They are perfect for my daughter's gymnastics!

These are nice 1lb wrist weights I use to workout. I use them on wrists and ankles. Very good price compared to other brands.
