I am a return customer because this ink is very good on several levels. One, you get 4 big bottles,3 colors and black each 100ml. Next, I refilled 7 cartriges and the first two multiple times(2 or 3 at least). I lost count. So long as the cart is recognized you can refill forever until the heads give out. Price is last but not least. 12.99 and free shipping. The others all want 3 or 4 dollars to ship and thats on a 9ml one. Buy this one first.

bad experience...
I had many problems with refilled cartridges with this product. I had to buy new cartridges.. at least for me it was a bad experience..
