Worked!
Works well with my TV. The only complaint is the volume and channel buttons are not marked as shown in picture. I had to guess. Also the remote is very light in weight, so not sure how it will survive being dropped on floor.

Good replacement
This replacement remote came in today. Put 2 batteries in and pointed at tv and it works. The old remote had been dropped, broken and roomba’d. Was so glad to find exact replacement.
