CPT00320 -ClimaTek Start Capacitor Replaces Trane 176-216 MFD 330 Volt

Exact replacement capacitor for my ac. Since this item is one of the primary reasons for service calls, I’ll do it myself.

Note: I am a Vine reviewer, but this was not thru the vine process. This item was purchased by me with my own money.Had our AC die on us in June. The last time it went out like this I called a repair place and it cost nearly $300 for them to come check the capacitor and replace it. I've replaced many a capacitor in other electronics but never realized there was one in my AC unit.Figured I'd give this one a shot and try and save the $300 service fee. Shipment arrived quick. module was a direct replacement of the broken one. All in all the disassembly of the cover took longer than it did to swap this into place. Unit was back up and running as soon as I reconnected the power.Well worth it and saved me quite a bit of cash.

The box was damaged but the item inside was OK.
