Back Bay Runner Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds [2020 Update] Sweatproof Headphones, Adjustable Ear-Hooks, 8-Hour Battery, 5 EQ Sound Modes, Microphone and Earphone Carrying Case

My wife and I had been running outside and decided to get a gym membership to keep running through the winter months. Thats when we bought two pair of these. We've used them at least every other day for the last 3 months. They sound great, they are really comfortable and fit well. Really easy to connect and they have good battery life. Last week, my wife's pair started having problems connecting whenever they were tilted down. I contacted the company and they shipped them out the next day! Great product and great support!

I have tried many Bluetooth earbuds over the last 5+ years. Overall, I keep going back to Back Bay. My priorities in order: 1) They stay on regardless of what I am doing (Have you ever tried chasing an earbud that fell out and rolled down the floor of a plane - not fun) 2) Durability 3) Battery life 4) sound quality. That isn't to stay that sound quality isn't important, just if an earbud doesn't hit the first three priorities, what sound is there to begin with?And then there is customer support - responsive and standing behind the product.Back Bay consistently hits it out of the park on all counts.

I was very happy with my purchase and the sound quality of these headphones. My only disappointment and the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was after a month or so of use they no longer were receiving a charge, even trying other chargers. I had read other reviews of many other brands of Bluetooth headphones that complained of the problems with exchanges or refunds so it was a determining factor with my purchase of Back Bay brand. I registered it as soon as I received it and when I needed help with an exchange I emailed the company and received a response with instructions within hours! I received my replacement in a week! Now that's great customer service. I have confidence this is a great product and am hoping to be enjoying it for a long time.

Hands down, the best pair of headphones I've ever had. I've had headphones that stop working after a few months or even of the earbuds malfunction due to wiring issues. I've had zeroes issues with these headphones. Love them! Great sound quality, durable, battery life is long (I've clocked it around eight hours), and great for working out.When you first try them on, you might have to figure out how to adjust the buds to your ears ( I completely overthought it and confused myself) but it's super simple after that first attempt.Highly recommend. Great value especially at the price.

After using these for a week, I really like these soundhooks. They work great and are easy to operate. I wish I had seen these before I bought a set of beats flex wireless earbuds. The Back Bay soundhooks surpass them in ease of use and sound quality!

I bought this because I always get calls while running, and I sweat a lot and wanted a single earpiece that would be secure in my ear and wouldn’t short out when it gets wet. I didn’t really care about quality of music sound. The photo showed one earpiece, and the price was low so I thought it would be perfect. It works fine, but beware that it is not one earpiece, but 2- and there is a cable that connects them that you are supposed to cinch under your chin. I am not a diva- I run with a hydration pack and budget shirts and shorts, but I looked ridiculous with that cable tied under my chin and I don’t hear the world around me well enough to feel safe. I don’t need stereo sound, but the cable doesn’t come off.

I bought these mostly for travel purposes. I have previously owned the Bose over the head noise cancelling ones, but they were annoying to carry due to size and I needed something smaller and more compact. Earbud style doesn't work for me as I clearly had weird ears and they won't stay in no matter what I do. So I wanted over the ear hook style ones that wouldn't ruin my hair or fall out and decided not to spend a huge amount of money on something I may not have liked.I bought these after doing some research and so far have been really happy with them. I have used them for phone calls and the quality wasn't perfect, but I didn't expect that at this price point - but in terms of comfort and stability, I like them. I am sad because I lost the carrying case the second time I flew with them - including the different sized ear covers and the charging cable. I have other charging cables, but will need to get a new little case to carry them.

I have owned a previous generation of the Back Bay wireless bluetooth headphones for 2 years prior to buying these. I wanted to have the ear clips to help keep the buds in place while jogging. I like the sound quality and fit of the older ear buds. These... not at all.The clips for the ears dig in to my skin. After wearing these for 30 minutes, I had marks on the back of my ears. The other major issue is the lack of sound quality. The music sounded like the band played from inside of a tin can.These earbuds did not come with alternate size ear buds either. Very disappointed and will be looking for another brand to replace these.
