Decent and does the job
To give you some context, I am Sikh so I have long hair however my hair is much thinner now than it was before. I was able to accommodate my hair in the cap easily. I haven't really tried this on in the pool yet but so far fitting wise, it seems like it would do just fine.Tip: The part with "KK Konex" comes on the front side, only then would your ears fit properly in the provided grooves.
