The M14 owner's guide and match conditioning instructions

For those owning an M14 or M1a, this is a "Must Have" book. I thought I knew a lot about the rifle. Boy, was I wrong. Not only, are the diagrams much clearer, than those in the Military and Manufacturers manuals, but it contains a wealth of information on Match Conditioning for the CMP and NRA high power matches. Very informative and educational.

For any M14/M1A owner, this guide is an important text in a digestable size and formate to care for your treasured "last steel warrior". If you're looking for authoritative information on M1 Garand or M14 rifles, look for Scott Duff. History, maintenance, disassembly/assembly, and match conditioning is understandable and well illustrated. 175 pages of wisdom on this magnificant rifle.

excellent book for anyone with an M1A or M14

at least through amazon fulfillment. The volume is a nice predicate to the full assembly guide, especially for we lucky few who carried this weapon when it mattered. M16s were light, but this rifle had a certain stopping power and range that was worth (to me) the weight. I don't know or care about "match conditioning". I used this weapon for its intended purpose.

Way tooo much detail for me but its pretty obvious these guys did some exhaustive research. Nice work guys!!!!
