Xtenex X400 Hiking Boot laces

Sadly, these laces did not work as wished. I bought them for my elderly father who likes to wear lace up work boots, but he has a hip replacement which stops him from bending down far enough to tie normal laces. He lives alone and I thought these would be ideal once on the boots, but he tells me they do not fit through the eyelets on his boots (and he did realise he needed to stretch them straight to get them through) and they were too short to reach the top of the boots. So all in all not much use!

Only laces I buy now for my son with learning difficulties - it's embarrassing to him to have to ask someone to tie his trainers / work boots at nearly 20!
