KRAMER by ZWILLING EUROLINE Damascus Collection 5.5-inch Prep Knife

I own the 6" & 8" Chef's Knife and the 5" Utility Knife of this same collection. They have all served me extremely well. The steel is custom quality, with the most comfortable handles I have ever had on a production knife. I was hesitant to invest in the 5.5" Prep Knife, but kept finding intermediate tasks that I thought would be more comfortable with the blade shape of the prep knife. Think cross between a small chef, and a boning knife. Great at breaking down bulk vegetables and meat. When it is time to really slice, I revert back to the chef. Great intermediate. It has just the right depth on the blade to be able to slice through your work, and not have your knuckles hit the cutting board. Beautiful Knife, with an awesome function. Great addition to the line.

This knife is worth the money. Sharp and it handles like a porsche 911 on the nurburgring.

Very sharp and has remained that way so far

Returned after initial inspection. new blade had noticeable scuffs on both sides of the blade, probable from jamming into a cheap knife plastic knife guard. handle rivets had scuffs and small chipping on center rivet. truly disappointed with the quality, jokes probably on me for buying professional kitchen knives from amazon
