Quality saffron at a reasonable price
First time saffron user here. Went with this one. It is sourced from Spain and states to be an ISO 3632 certified product, so you should be getting the legitimate thing and not some filler product. The saffron is a solid red and fragrant. Quality seems to be good; given that this is my first, I cannot compare it with another saffron source. This batch was packaged Nov. 2018 and expires in 2020, so plenty of time to cook some delicious meals. The packaging is not a clamshell design, so, for ease of opening, make sure all four edges have been scored at the start.
