Advertised as a 4 pack, only received 2. Trying to work out if the two pads and two covers is actually what is meant by “4 pack”.I do enjoy the product itself, although I would say the heat only lasts around 10 mins. Have not tried cold.

Only received pack of 2 not 4 as advertised. Could not feel the heat or cold through the covers. When using as cold compress the pads become warm very quickly. Will not be using.

1. Place the TheraPearl 3-in-1 Breast Therapy pack in the freezer for cold therapy or heat it in the microwave for hot therapy. 2. When using cold therapy, apply the pack to the affected area to help relieve pain and swelling due to engorgement. 3. When using hot therapy, apply the pack to the affected area for relief from plugged ducts and mastitis and to encourage let down and reduce time spent pumping. 4.
