MadgeTech’s RFOT-CERT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. The device is calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comes with a Calibration Certificate. The RFOT’s rugged design, equipped with a flexible piercing probe allows it to be used in the harshest environments.
