My favorite furikake
I bought a container of this on impulse some years ago, I think because someone suggested putting it on popcorn. I didn't like that combo but soon found it a great topping for things like ramen and pasta, and it's even nice on buttered bread.

Subtle but wow!
This seasoning adds a subtle flavor to rice but elevates rice from 'meh' to 'wow'. Something we always keep in our pantry.

Amazing flavor
I am somewhat new to the world of furikake and onigiri, but this is a yummy and versatile seasoning. Very tasty, I have used it on a variety of rice rice bowls and ramen, and have not been disappointed. I like to use it with a fried egg (and/or salmon) and some mushrooms, fast easy meal for any time of day with the illusion of "gourmet".

Excellent product....terrible packing.
Awesome seasoning especially for rice. Difficult to find local but Amazon had it. Ordered 5 jars....glass jars.... They were shipped in an envelope..... Three of the five made it unbroken....sigh....at least Amazon refunded the cost of two jars. Better packing is required.

Not as pictured
Unfortunately the product I received is not the same as pictured. Others have posted pictures of the very different ingredients list, which contains sugar as the second ingredient, corn starch, and lactose, all of which is not included on the pictured ingredient label. This item is non-returnable, however I was able to get a refund through using the Amazon Assistant through the return function by saying that I received the wrong item.

Great for those new to the furikake world!
This has always been a staple in my pantry, even when I was in college. It’s an awesome introduction for those who might be timidly interested in trying Japanese food at home. Just sprinkle on rice or cooked meat!

Cheap meal
I grew up with this stuff. I love to just put it on rice and call it a meal when I am too lazy to cook a real meal. Now I’ve gotten my 5 yr old daughter into it and she loves all the flavors. I live in a rural area so I don’t have an Asian market to get this so it’s great that I can order it from Amazon.
