Handy Flux- 1 Lb Jar

I have been using this product for many years now. I've never purchased it in a 1 pound jar though. This was my first time. The previous jars I purchased all had small openings on the top – and of course, was less than 1 pound. I like the fact that the opening is much larger on this. I highly recommend this product and jar.

Delivery was super prompt. Got in the habit of using this product when I was taking jewelry classes years ago. I work primarily in copper with some silver. Has been reliable for me.

Works as expected. Requires cleaning afterwards (as to be expected but good to be aware of in advance).

If you are doing any kind of jewelry then you need this flux. It's flux, don't eat it, play with it, or use it to wash your clothes. When used correctly this should get rid of any nasties that would prevent a good solder joint on your creations. Exercise caution and have fun with your craft.

Product works well for soldering with a torch. I also paint it on metal and torch it for interesting color pattern.

The product is a great value for the amount. The only problem, it's too much and it has an expiration date which I did not see in the description. I started a return but would need to pay for return shipping and time to get it together rendered it not worth returning.

Good quality flux that I use for silver soldering. Keep the lid on or it will dry out quickly, but even when dried can be fixed by adding some water.

Works great. A little goopy and you have to stir it each time, but does exactly what you want it to do when soldering, I have no complaints.
