Really funny
If you grew up with Simpsons then this is for you . Thought this book was really funny and reminded me old simpsons 90s jokes . 👍 only thing is book didn’t have plastic on it . Still came new but was a little upset that I didn’t get to open it myself

Two great tastes, that taste great together!
This Collection is great! The slipcase has and amazing die cut causing a spiral vortex look and is reversed on the back side so you get to choose which universe of characters you get to display. In addition to the two crossover collection there is also an additional Simpsons Chili story featuring Chief Wiggum. And the icing on the cake is there is a reprint of Simpsons Comics #1 in a pocket on the inside of the back cover! Bongo comics is one of the best!

Neat history and great hardcover version
I'm not a fan of comics but I must say that when I saw this hardcover comic, I needed to buy it. Is the mix of two of my favorites cartoons, Futurama and The Simpsons, in a very interesting story that you must read. This comic holds in a single book the 4 comics: "Somewhere Over the Brain-bow!", "Liquid Diamond Is Forever!", "Slaves of New New York!" and "The Read Menace!".The hardcover is neat, very well done and of great quality, the pages are also very colorful and with a high quality paper. You'll also get a re-issue of The Simpsons Comic #1 as a separate item in a sleeve inside the backcover of the comic. Some other extras are many full page illustrations of mixes between Futurama and The Simpsons that you can't miss. Yet another extra is a behind the scenes of how they create this and all the comics at Bongo Comics. Is really a collectors item, I truly recommend it.JavieR (slurmed)

Very Pleased
For the price, you cannot beat the quality of this book. First off, the hard cover is a very nice size, not the usual comic or trade paperback size, but an inch or two bigger on both sides. The color artwork jumps from the pages and is very clean and crisp. The stories themselves are good and very lengthy, it seemed, compared to the usual single comic issues, with a lot of relevant plot material. The slip cover is very nicely done and the book binding seems to be sound. When I read that the publishers were going to include a reprint of the very first Simpson's Comic, I assumed it would be bound with the rest of the hardback. To my delight, it is actually seperate, placed in a sleeve on the inside of the back cover. The cover to the reprint seems to be a bit thicker than the original #1, due perhaps for longer durability. Inside a out, a fine reprint indeed.

Quality exceeded my expectations
Wow, the quality on this graphic novel exceeded my expectations. Hard cover and came in a nice hard cover box/sleeve. Couldnt be happier with this purchase. Top notch.

Awesome
Bought it as a present for my boyfriend. When I got it and opened the box all I could say was "wow! This is better than I imagined." I really liked the hard slipcover, mine was in perfect condition (thank God cause my boyfriend loves his comic collection that way). I am very pleased with it and the extra #1 comic included is really cool too. Can't wait to give it to him. :)

Book Review
I can say this was a good comic or graphic novel however you put it. Enjoyed the side stories of the cat being mayor and Chief Wiggum having a freak out during the time Homer was in a tripped out state from chili peppers. I can really say this can happen because of Wiggum's spotty reputation as police Chief in general. Is one of the first in combining 2 shows into one and came way before today's season premiere's. Would highly recommend this to any Simpsons fan.

My first Bongo comic.
I’m a big fan of both the Simpsons and Futurama(a bit more Futurama) so a crossover over between the two shows is something I always wanted to see. We began with Fry reading a Simpsons comic on thePlanet Express ship with the crew on their way a another delivery when they come across the brains from the episode the day the earth stood stupid. The brains repeating a tactic used in that episode, send the crew into a book or in this case comic. They end up spend around Springfield and interacting with various charters. This is best part of the book seeing the characters meeting and bonding and we have some good pairings like Homer and Bender, Bart and Fry, Lisa and Leela who actorly form a surprising nice friendship. Even some of the of the minor got a chance to shine like how MR Burns meets a certain evil old lady from the future. By the end of the first half the Professor finds a way to get the Futurama crew back to their own world but they accidentally bring the people of Springfield with and that’s where things really get crazy. To quickly compare this to the crossover episode Simpsorama, that episode was ok but it was far too short and only Homer and Bender get enough screen time to really be funny. This is the superior crossover, it does more with the concept and the characters have more room to breathe. The book also has two stond alone stories the first is Hail to the cat where due to an error Lisa’s cat ends up running against Mayor Quimby. Sounds stupid but leads to funny twist that you will not see coming. The second is a rather short story, Chili Chili Bang Bang staring Chief Wiggum. Tying into the episode The Mysterious Voyage of Homer, Wiggum himself tries the Chili he had made and goes and his little vision quest with a talking puppy. Both these stories are fun but if you don't like them you can just skip them. It also has a single issue, a reprint of the first issue of the Simpsons comic. It’s a fun read and probably better than most of the newer episodes of the show. Lastly it comes with artwork and a cover galley, all of which are quite lovely.Overall if you if you are a fan of Matt Groening's work I highly recommend this. Personify it made me want to read more of Bongo comics as it seems this where the Simpsons humour still lives and where I can see more adventures of the Planet Express crew.

Great fun. Absolutely catches the flavour of Futurama
Great fun. Absolutely catches the flavour of Futurama, and a great sci-fi romp through the world of Springfield.Has all the classic Simpsons tropes, without the crushing disappointment of the writing from season 12 onwards.
