Bought the larger bottle because it was far better value than the smaller glass bottle but use by date was a concern. Fortunately, it will last over 6 months which should be enough time to consume the lot

Great product!
It lasts forever and has such nice flavour. It’s quite easy to use, unless you want a specific dashi/soy-sauce ratio. I’ve personally used it for hot soba, cold dipping soba, chawanmushi, and salas dressing.
