Hurt my stomach a bit.
I am an avid energy shot consumer. I've tried multiple brands most with little to no results. 5 hour is still king in my opinion. The flavor on this isn't bad and I like that it's carbonated, feels like it hits ya a little harder. I deffelt an energy boost but sometimes these shots would upset my stomach. I would drink them the same time I would my 5 hour shots but I didn't get the uncomfortable feeling from the 5 hours. Maybe it's just me and my body doesn't agree with something in the shot but I won't be buying these again.
