Good buy
I recently had a spine compression. Im a nurse working for 12 hrs per shift. It does help keeping my posture right. It reduces my back pain. I bought 2 of these, one I used at home amd one to use at work.

Great for back eache.

Can't lift without this belt!
My love of working out in the yard was jeopardized by the pain I experienced afterwards until I started wearing an SI belt when I performed yard work. Now I feel confident that my efforts (and love of working in the yard) will not be a hindrance to my every day living because of back pain. I also have used this SI belt when I am needed in assisting my mother-in-law. Pulling and tugging on her is much easier and pain-free when I am wearing my SI belt. In fact, I have two --- one to keep at my home and one for my mother's-in-law home.

It helps.
I purchased this belt for lower back and hip pain. It really helps to keep everything together and supported to relieve some of the back pain. Fits true to size. Doesn’t roll or bend over while wearing which is a great feature.
