Excellent soldering iron holder really pleased with it, holds the iron well away from you so your protected from the heat, the basee is quite heavy which is perfect to keep the base stable and stop it moving easily.Very very pleased...

I bought this as a bit of an indulgence. It holds the Hakko 601 securely and is a good weight. My only criticism is the sponge - too thin and the holes in it are too big. That'll be sorted when I next swap the sponge!

A definite improvement on my old stand. Sturdy and pretty heavy for its size. Worth the money.

The base is very weighty(possibly cast iron?) which is what you want when dealing with a dangerous tool like a solder iron, it's much better quality than the plastic and/or aluminium stands I've experienced from lesser brands.One thing I suggest any new user do is add some threadlocker to the screw attaching the base and solder holder, just so it doesn't loosen with movement/use over time and one day surprise your desk.Also fits my pinecil 64 v2 perfectly!

This is a good sturdy stand but the sponge is way too thin and after using it a few time it started to disintegrate. On the plus side, you can always cut more sponge circles from denser and thicker sponge.

Fit for purpose

The heavy base keeps it from sliding around. Feels well made, would recommend.

重さもあり、こてを挿しても安定感があります。また高温部全体をカバーしてくれるので火傷の危険が軽減されます。値段的にも文句ありません。使用上問題はないのですが、コテ挿入部を台座にネジ止めしますが、開口部が正面を向かず、多少横に向きがずれているように感じます（取り付け方が悪いだけ？）。

白光PRESTO 急速加熱はんだこて 20/130W(スイッチオン時) 耐熱キャップ付き 984-01と合わせて購入しました。・安定性ずっしりしていて高い安定感がある。ハンダコテをおいたときの安心感がとても良いです。また底面にフェルトが使用されており、デスクの上でも滑りにくくなっています。・着脱ネジで固定する仕様になっており簡単に着脱できる。・スポンジ水を含ませ水分が滴り落ちない程度に絞ってやるとちょうどよい大きさになります。ハンダコテの好感ネジ付近の構造によっては入らない場合もあるため、選ぶ際は注意したほうが良いです。
