LASCO 09-2101 Rubber Flexible Spray

My new sink faucet is apparently a size no newer style aerator fits, all too big or too small. My mother always used this kind, so I was happy to see they still make them! It will be difficult to put on, though. I resorted to putting two tiny cuts in it with a razor knife, and that worked. It has not affected the performance, just a few tiny cuts will do it. You have to use a little muscle to switch between the water stream types; it isn't a big deal for me but could be for some. It could just be this particular one I got, too. You'll have to replace it after a while as the rubber will eventually deteriorate, but the last one I had lasted well over a year. The biggest advantage is the generous "shower" setting, much more so than most modern metal aerators. I wash dishes by hand, and the super-sized spray rinses dishes much quicker and cuts down on water use.

I got this more expensive sprayer because of the Lasco name. Bought another one (not Lasco) two weeks later at half the price and they are identical. Actually, I like the cheaper one better as the little tab that switches the outflow on this one never seats properly so you end up with half stream & half shower most of the time. All in all I'm disappointed in the quality but it gets the job done more or less...

Even though I chose this because there’s basically no install, and my kitchen faucet is very small and narrow, it simply wouldn’t go on! I even had my son try, and he is highly muscular, worry’s out, and lifts heavy weights, and he couldn’t either 😳 I’m considering making a slit if I can, without damaging the unit.

I have an old sink and faucet. I mean, really old--close to seven decades old. I can't find an aerator nor an adapter to fit, and I really need one to use in my single bowl porcelain-over-cast- iron kitchen sink. I've looked everywhere. I found one other source for this, for more $. When I found this source, I snapped it up.The quality is quite good. It has a switch that slides back and forth to allow water to stream or to spray in a shower. the ribs allows one to direct the water. To install, slip the rubber aerator over the faucet's spout. It sounds easy, but it isn't quite--it won't seem to fit, it will seem too small, so dip the end that goes over the faucet in hot water for a minute or so first to loosen it up, then ease it over one edge and twist on. That's it. It'll last a year or two; I've had friend tell me their much more expensive aerators didn't last as long. What more could one ask?

Did not fit my kitchen faucet. I may have misjudged dimensions of my faucet opening since I had to cut the rubber in order to semi fit it on til I can get a new faucet. It has helped somewhat in controlling the direction of the water flow

Okay, I L O V E this. Of everything I have ever purchased for myself, this ranks in the top TEN! I have a Farm House sink with a gooseneck faucet. My husband installed the nozzle for me because it has a very snug fit. He just cut the it a little and VOILLE! We had one of these when I was growing up and it is the reason why I still To this day love washing my hair in the kitchen sink! Don’t hesitate. Buy this. You’ll love it too! P. S. I am a ver very picky person and only write reviews when the product reaches my standards.

A bit difficult to mount on a threaded faucet, but works well once it’s on.
