These worked so great for our Glow in Dark Easter Egg hunt! Perfect size to fit in a plastic Easter egg and last for awhile- hour or more!

I have Received 400 today as pictured it appears there is only 6 colors and the amounts of each vary. I do not have counts as of yet but visually you can tell they are different amounts per what should be the 6 colors. Now there maybe additional colors since it shows 8 and they are just not seen until activated. I say this because as you can see in the piles the color you may think it is at the start may not be the actual color it is when light activates! Not sure if there are slight color variations that I can not visually see to tell the other colors apart but currently as it would look there are 6 colors.**Update below**8 Colors***1 stick provides a small amount of light probably not enough for most to use but basic enough for a 1 person tent or hammock.2-3 sticks is probably better for most to have enough light in a 2-4 man tent or around camp to do basic tasks.3-6 sticks is a decent amount of light and can be used to light up a small room.These are handy for multiple purposes and at 5$ per 100 I figured this is well worth it!Update**For my purpose as a basic light source I think the 8" are better value per $There are 8 colors! There are 2 colors that are very close to each other you have to look close to see the color variations so the set that looks agua blue to the right there are 2 colors in that pile green and blue but laying together is hard to tell which is which. Also the pile with the pink its in the upper middle of the pictures. There are 2 colors in that pile they both look reddish/pink when separated they are red and pink. I did not get more pictures just wanted to update that there are 8 colors in the set.

These were perfect for my glow in the dark egg hunt. I wouldn’t put candy in the eggs with them, bc about 5 of them burst open. I had to put 2 glow sticks in each egg because they weren’t bright enough with just one. Overall, happy with this purchase and would buy again.

These are PERFECT for late-night easter egg hunts!!!Also fun to put in the bathtub and have fun bath time for the kids!

These work - and they do glow through MOST plastic eggs (not well through dark ones), but the most important thing to keep in mind is: these only "glow" for about 1-1/2 hours, maybe 1:45...which severely limits the time the Easter bunny has to hide these eggs!!!
