Had to modify
This did work wonderful replacing the plastic OEM part after I had to take a cutting wheel and cut away the top inner console mounting brackets down to allow the heater vent to actually fit in between them as needed. Great but still had to modify

Missing parts
It was completely missing the two tabs on the top. Sent it back and bought one from JCR Offroad instead.
