The mat has a strong chemical oder. It is easy and light to carry around to different places.

I got this because my son was learning to sit up, but would sometimes fall backwards and bump his head. The carpet wasn't soft enough and he would cry. This helped! No more tears and has been a great help as he now learns to walk and sometimes falls.The color is not white- definitely a cream and gray, but looks nice. Easy to clean. And I take half the set traveling to in-laws, etc. The border is a nice touch. The sides don't stay up like I was hoping- the baby just rips them right off!I would recommend this product to help create a safe space for baby to explore.

I ordered this playmat to have a safe place for my son to practice crawling and play with his toys. I love that this playmat gave the option for little walls. It keeps my son's toys contained and my miniature pincher out. It's soft and durable material and very easy to clean. The size is great compared to similar mats I saw in store which were much smaller. I also love the grey and white color as it helps my son's colorful toys stand out to him. I did not have issues with small pieces like others have commented regarding the more colorful mat. All the animal silhouettes are large and solid. Wonderful buy, would highly recommend!

The product was very easy to put together. I knew that the side rails would be a bit flimsy (I noted other reviewers were disappointed by this but seriously, its made of the same foam like material as the floor part so yeah, its not going to be like a sturdy gate folks...) but it demarcates my baby's play area and her toys don't roll out and her mirror can be propped up for tummy time. She loves to feel the texture of the mat and it is easy to clean (she drools all over it, and it's drool resistant). Its a large sized mat too and right now I have it as a 3x3 mat and when she gets bigger I can expand it to 4x4 and will still be a good size.

I bought these to build a play area for my baby. I have ordered other play mats off of Amazon in the past, and they have all had a heavy chemical smell and you have to let them air out for a day or two for it to go away. We did not have that problem with these. We were able to open them, piece them together and my baby was sitting and playing immediately.The cutout animals are a big hit and go back in every time. You have to work at pulling them out so a baby will have a hard time accidentally pulling them up (another plus).Overall, very happy with this purchase.

We use this in my sons play room as the “rug” in there. It is so cute and when he falls he doesn’t get hurt on the hardwood floor. I also love that the sides can be up so we could put some ball pit balls in there and he could crawl around them ! We love that the animal shapes can come out of the square part and be played with. It serves as a learning tool as well. So clean I have use “mean green” to wipe it up, and I can also ran my vacuum over it.

Love this product! I wanted something that my 7 month old could roll around in/play in that wasn’t an actual play pen. This works great. I love the neutral color pallet that doesn’t clash with my living room. The pieces are easy to put together and I love the animals. This product is also easy to clean with a damp cloth. I am very pleased with this purchase and would order again!

Great product, great protection, but the fence was mowed down by our crawling and walking 1 year old- so we had to just lay all the pieces down. Dogs nails will penetrate right through it so keep pets away! Other than that, awesome product. Super easy to clean!
