Police: Hurrying! Helping! Saving! Kindle Edition

I bought a copy for all of my students so we could read it the week before a police officer came to visit our school. It was so adorable and outlined all the many different jobs of a police officer. It had a great number of onomatopoeias in it which the students loved because we had learned about them a few weeks prior. My students were well prepared to ask questions about the different types of things police offers are responsible for and all the different vehicles and animals that help them do their job that they were unaware of before this book. I highly recommend it.

I bought this book for a first grade boy who loves to dress up like a Police Officer. The book truly covers all of the duties that a Police Officer covers in his job, and it does it with great illustrations and nice colors, especially of the patrol cars. I would recommend this book for any child who shows a interest in Police Officers or who may wonder what their job is. I enjoyed reading it before giving it to my little friend, I am sure all ages would too! Thank You!

This book is fantastic! The illustrations are colorful, and the book provides children with great insight in the life and job of a police officer. I bought this book for my 20-month old son, and it's one of his favorites.

My 4 year old grandson is crazy about police cars. He loved this book so much that he brought it to everyone at the family day asking each to read it.

Cute read! Liked the rhymes. Reminds me A lot of the 'good night' book series. H3 asks to read it over and over, LoL.

We love this book! My 3 yo is obsessed with policemen, but also a bit scared of them, so I wanted to get a book like this one to reassure him that police are there to help. It's perfect for his age - a step up from the board books, but not too "wordy" so that he loses interest. It's cute and well-written, and I have now purchased the fireman one from the same author. Def recommend!

My sister surprised my daughter at school as the mystery reader. She lives out of state and is a cop! This was the perfect book to read to the class! The kids loved it

This will be a great book to help our child visualize and learn about what daddy does at work. I appreciate that it shows a lot more about what police do everyday besides just writing tickets and taking people to jail. It shows how they assist people when they're injured, in danger, or just need a helping hand from an officer! Very happy with this purchase.
