**Update 1/1/2020:I've owned and used this 45 Ounce Super King comforter consistently for about 2 years now and it is still in fantastic condition. The fill hasn't wavered and the stitching is still perfectly intact.I noticed that people were saying you need to dry clean it. That is actually not accurate. It is nice to dry clean but it is also almost as expensive to dry clean it than it is to purchase it. You can actually put it through the washer if you own a non-agitating large capacity washer. (which I do) The trick is to make sure it is DRIED correctly as down has the potential to mold if not dried completely. There are several websites that detail how to properly wash and dry a down comforter if you do a Google search. Personally, I wash it with Woolite on a regular cycle using cold water. I do not recommend using bleach as this can break down fibers over time. However, I do like to use a sanitizer so I use Lysol Laundry Sanitizer https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078XY8ZP3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1If you have the room to line dry it for several days in dry weather, that is ideal, however, I don't so I put it through the dryer on a regular heat setting about 5 or 6 times, each time adjusting it in the dryer to make sure all parts of it get dry. This has been working for me. I do this about every 3 months or so since I do not use a duvet cover on it. (It was impossible to find a good quality duvet for this size)I am still very happy with this purchase.Original Review:Ive only slept with this about 3 nights now but, so far, this is the best comforter Iv'e ever owned. Its huge so my boyfriend cant steal all of the blankets in the middle of the night and covers the sides of my deep mattress nicely when I make the bed. (a regular King size barely covered half of the sides all around.) Its also extremely light weight but very comfortably warm for San Diego winters. It doesn't make a lot of noise like a lot of other down comforters and I appreciate that. Only issue I'm having is finding duvet covers large enough to cover this.

We had to get a new down comforter due to our puppy who kept peeing on the thing! After numerous washings, you would think they would stop shrinking. They don't and the old one barely fit on the bed. It cost $800 and it was disheartening. So with this new one, I didn't want to spend so much money on it. I settled on this one due to having the same weight as the old. I was nervous about the lower thread count then our old one though, but figured that's what you get for going cheaper. I don't have any complaints. There might be some feather shifting, but shaking it seems to correct it. It fluffed right up and I love the feel of the material. I am being vigilant about the dog and his possible peeing on the comforter. With the lower thread count, I'm fairly certain that feather loss will be worse then my old one. Maybe. Hopefully not. We shall see. ;)

Took off one star because it does make the crinkly noise, unlike what some other buyer said.Otherwise, it is a comfortable product, the down doesn’t shift around, it is warm but light on your feet.

Soft, warm with a quality cover. Really doesn't need a duvet cover (if white is your color).

The comforter is light weight, large and very cozy. This is by far the best comforter I have every owned. Very high quality. I love it.

The comforter is just what I was looking for- lightweight, but warm enough for a sleeper that likes to keep her bedroom window open at night.

This is a beautiful blanket but it didn’t cover our bed to the edges. We have a standard king. I’m shipping it back. Also we noticed I broke out after we handled it. I have sensitive skin but I didn’t think I was allergic to down. I own a couple down winter jackets.My only other thought is it must be dry cleaned. Not sure how I feel about sleeping with chemicals after the fact. So this beautiful down cover goes back. I’m so disappointed.

Awesome cozy and warm duvet

I use the 850 loft king size hutterite down comforter from the same company, which goes for 899cad before tax. We saw thks on sw for 300cad and pulled the trigger, why not. Honestly, it's just as nice. We have both and I can't tell the difference!
