It works
Compared to other more expensive machines this is an excellent buy, it does what it says on the tin, it help shake off those extra flabby bits that are hard to move, also it's great just to stand on and just relax after a long day as it shakes the aches away , I would recommend this as an easier way of getting into shape, with my diet I've dropped 7lbs in the first 2 weeks

All good
I Enjoy doing 10 mins in the evening as it feels relaxing like a whole body massage. Mostly try to add in squats and use a couple of home made arm weights but all leisurely! Seems to be working some magic although have also started 20 mins HIIT in the morning time. Both together and I feel great!

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. Well packaged & good quality machine. I have found this to be good quality & has a powerful motor. I can really feel it working out every muscle & feel A bit firmer for using it twice a day for the past few weeks.

I bought this vibro plate to strengthen muscles in my legs . After 3wks of 10mins each morn an evening it has made a great difference ☺☺
