Don’t bother if you want this to work on their designated iOS app, maybe it works on androids. It worked on the website tracking but both the app and website look like They ran out of budget to hire a UX designer. Wish it had worked and this is my third tracker I returned. So so disappointed by the manufacturers, can Apple or Xiaomi make one that works worldwide??

This unit has a popup sim cover. No instructions on how to get the cover to pop up. The instructions state to drop sim card face down onto contacts. Which direction should the sim face? The cover should then be pushed down to cover the sim but the cover knocks the sim out of alignment and never locks down.

This does not work. I bought and paid for additional $19.99 for the 3 months. After I paid in full, my balance was still zero. I contacted support and they said it would take 1 day to take affect. 3 days later, still no balance.

I wouldn't even give this product a 1. It didn't come with all the pieces for me to use thia product. And it looks as if it's been used before..

i have to call support to get it registered and i can track it. 3m card didn't work in Canada. tried roger, but there was no instructions how to configure it. ReturnedSupport was responsive, but we were not able to get it working.
