Making Scale Models

This very slim "book: is clearly meant for beginning model makers.It does have some useful information and a walk-through for several simplistic projects.The author is English so the recommended materials are the British versions.If you've some model making skills,this book really isn't for you. Try"Theory and Craft of the Scenographic Model" by Darwin Reid Payne.Also sold by Amazon.

Not what I wanted

This is a brilliant insight into the entire process of model making for theatre. Detailed, clear and thorough, with useful photos to help clarify, it is also a terrifically engaging read. The art of model making, as well as the practical craft, is expertly brought to life. Have yet to find a more instructive guide yet. Excelllent! Highly recommend!
