All Blind melon vinyl releases are of excellent quality
You can tell that the guys in the band are into vinyl because all of their releases that are on this format are done phenomenallyAll the details are covered, excellent outer covers inner sleeves are basically mofi style inner sleeves the vinyl itself is pressed properly and very clear sounding and most importantly the music is mixed and mastered for vinyl they pulled these tracks from the original analog tapes that means the music you hear is in its second purist form second only to the original master tape these vinyl releases sound amazing I've had the cds for years bought em new when they first came out but listening to these reissues on vinyl is like hearing the music for the first time againIf your a melonhead you need all three of their releases on vinyl you will not be disappointed

FANTASTIC album
Well, if you haven't ever heard this yet you need to as soon as possible. Somehow I missed it but i'm very happy i found it now. Some truly mind blowing stuff on here. I'll leave you with one Shannon Hoon classic story. I was at a bar in NOLA called Le Bon temps Rolue and Shannon was in there drinking and getting a bit out of hand. He tried to grab the bartender and her husband was sitting right there. Just so happens that he was an off duty 6 foot 4 police captain who proceeded to immediately drag his ass out of the bar. I guess Shannon kicked a window out of the police car but i didn't see that. He was outta line that night but still love the guy and the band was incredible. Sadly I never got a chance to seem em live! He died not to long after that.RIP Shannon Hoon

By far one of the most unappreciated and underrated works of musical art!
Blind Melon was a band that was way ahead of their time! Anyone who is sick of the new bands coming out today, this is a must have for those who want to listen to something good as well as a familiar point in time. They were robbed of so much potential when Shannon Hoon had overdosed in 1995 but their music was so unique that their fans will always be fans and their music will always be remembered!

absolutely loved it since the first time i heard it!
Every song on this is awesome, they have such a unique and cool sound, unlike any other. Sometimes their music is almost 60s sounding to me. Few faves are The Pusher, Soup, Soul One, No Rain. The are one of the most looked over bands of the 90s. Shame Shannon died so young, a real tragedy. A beautiful release from the remaining members of Blind Melon after Shannons passing, and very touchingly named after Shannons daughter, Nico Blue.
