VEKIR USB Charger Jack Cable with Microphone Replacement for LG G7 ThinQ G710VM(USA Version)

I installed this in a T-Mobile phone as a direct replacement. The item was boxed well, came with a good set of tools, and they even provided a clothed bag for the screw drivers set (way more sizes than needed).I would council perspective buyers that when people say, "It was easy to replace," they are mistaken. I did my research; Found the YouTube videos; Read the comments; And I would say it's not easy. The creator of the YouTube video said, "As soon as most people find that you have to use a heat gun, they would be unlikely to attempt the opening of the phone." I agree.I knew it came with a suction cup, but I didn't want to try and hold a hot phone with one hand and pull with the other. So I bought the suction cup pliers sold for opening those old iPhones (4s, 5s). This was better, but only started the process. Once started I had to use many spudgers and guitar-pick openers (I've accumulated several from other purchases) all around the case to not break the glass. (One commenter said, "The back glass is as fragile as an egg shell.") I didn't want to blemish my phone so I went very slow. There is a large amount of tape next to the camera (right side as you look at the back). That was the worse section for getting the back off.They provide tape for resealing the case. I know that once opened the phone is not rated for water resistance, and certainly wouldn't rate a IP68 water resistance rating. So I didn't bother sealing it up with tape. I've found using very small amounts of poster putty to be superior to double sided tape. (Very small, teeny tiny.) I removed all the old tape from around the edges, and the big bunch by the camera. (I left the sticky stuff by the finger print reader, because that had to hold fast to keep the finger printer reader contacts connected.) I then placed my small beads of poster putty at strategic locations (nowhere where when it spread out it could get into cracks, or peak out of the phone.) The back certainly won't come off under normal use. I'm happy with they way the putty worked.

The seller is not the most expensive nor is this seller the least expensive but this seller has the part that works for your LG G7 ThinQ LM G710ULM phone. At that time, they offered a very inexpensive toolkit which helped open the phone and change the parts successfully. Knowing that this seller came through for the first time for me I decided to use them again to repair another LG G7 ThinQ LM G710ULM phone. I was very, very surprised to see again the next day shipping and a little tool kit that came with this charging port. Not only was the charging port the correct part number to use for my phone but the repair kit was totally, totally awesome this time.As pictured, it came with the correct part, a cleaning cloth, a suction cup, three plastic tools to open the case, adhesive tape and a little bag for the tools a magnetic tool holder. Also included were 12 tips which included one standard blade screwdriver, four Philips tips and seven different torx tips all the way down to a t3. After installing the new USB charging port, the phone works as originally intended. I would not hesitate to buy from the seller I would highly recommend this seller and USB charging port for your LG G7 ThinQ LM G710ULM.

This charger port works great! The circuit was slightly different than the original, but it installed very easily and fit perfectly. Best of all, it works! My original had some kind of damage and would just not charge my phone. After I replaced the old battery with a new one and now replacing the port, I can keep my LG G7 phone running until I find the next model I want to get.

My original is blue rubber plug end and my new part is the yellow plug end. The first one sent had a green rubber end and was bad due to the ear piece ribbon not being able to be plugged in due to the plastic not fully uniformed on the part. There was no problem other than the ear piece on ribbon not being able to connect and so I made a replacement order. The new yellow part fully fits and is operational. However i noticed that the NA inscribed on the chip was scratched off. And finally the tool screw driver included in the new one, which the phone only uses phillips head, was dented in some way so i could not use it as intended. It didnt bother me since I had my own set, but I think there should be more quality control. Then again, the price is affordable. I made this three stars due to taking 1 star on each piece sent for quality. Would just be 4 stars really.

Phone board installed was for a tmobile lg G710tm. The original board had charging port issue. Install this board and all seem to work but when making calls mic does not seem to work but if you switch to speakerphone or you are connected to Bluetooth device you can talk to your caller. The board version and part # match old board. Either mic is defective or board is in some way. Getting one that will work is hit or miss.

Was tired of android auto not working no matter what cable I used so I got this and a replacement back glass too.Works great! Pairs instantly. I tried earphones and charging too. Port is tight and havent had an issue.HOLY CRAP this included a lot of tools lol.Screwdriver with like 10 bits, some pry tools.. Issa goooooooood 10/10

My G7 ThinQ had its usb c charge/data port stop working. Found this part and was able to replace the broken part after watching a YouTube video. Process isn’t hard but not easy either. But now I have a working charge/data port!

Worked great, note this is the North America charger apparatus. Also note, came with a phenomenal magnetic screw driver set. Very impressed by the quality of the included tools and the product!
