The media could not be loaded. Our business just bought a used BN20, and that means we get to see the BN20 at its lowest point in its life where it doesn’t print well due to lack of maintenance.The time to repair and cost to repair may be low or high but in our experience this is a costly, and time consuming machine if not maintained properly.It’s amazing when it works, but has to swap out parts like the felt wiper, rubber wiper, and cap station frequently as regular maintenance.
