Big Island of Hawaii Demands a Digging Stick for Yard Work
We live on rocks we are trying hard to make into some semblance of a yard. The digging stick is making it possible. Great leverage for loosening hard to move rocks. My husband can use a mattock, I need the digging stick!

Constructed well - arrived punctured-through packaging
This San Angelo Digging Bar is well built! This is exactly what I needed.Unfortunately, I had to rate this product 4 Stars because of the bad packing job Amazon did. This tool is VERY SHARP on the Pencil Point end - which is to be expected and preferred for its proper use. Unfortunately, the product was shipped insecurely and the pencil-tip punctured right-through the packing! With most industrial/tough tools this would be ok, but with something this sharp/pointed it is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Basically it's a very heavy spear! This is a danger not only to customers receiving the product, but to those who are shipping/driving with this weapon. We found scrape marks on our new patio from where FEDEX had the product slide-out and drag-along the painted concrete.***The carbide-tip punctured through the bubble-wrap, crinkle-paper and corrugated box. Bar unexpectedly slid from shipper when picked-up.***Shipper:- 5-Panel Folder made of 32 ECT B-Flute with corrugation along length of bar- Crinkle Paper loosely held bar- Pencil tip had bubble-wrap around it, secured with packing tape

Looks sturdy enough
I haven't had a chance to use it but it looks and feels sturdy enough for my use.

An outstanding tool for digging through had dirt and rock.
This tool will work for digging planting holes in the Texas Limestone. Thank you. It works great.

Bar feels solid and should be a good tool. Description says made in U.S.A. however the bar I received is printed made in India.

Great for digging up a tree trunk.....for replanting or digging up roots for preparing the ground for planting trees or any kind of plant
