I haven’t set it up to use two generations yet. But I hooked it up to one generator and it works great.

Two hose clamps are loose. The T connector and adapter fitting are missing.

Gas caps wouldn't thread on tanks. I have 2 eu2000i from different years. I called the manufacturer and they blamed it on differences in Honda tanks... That's laughable- I really don't think Honda has a quality issue. I bet you could interchange every Honda cap ever made.

I bought this 2 years ago for my Honda EU2000i to use during hunting trips. On each trip it has failed multiply times, which results in the generator using its fuel tank and running out of fuel.I noticed that the gasket used with the supplied gas cap takes a lot of effort to seal. Combined with the sharp edges on the top of the cap this makes it hard to get a grip to tighten and make a good seal. I thought about using slip joint pliers but I'm afraid I would end up breaking off the Honda fuel tank neck.The flexible hose that is supplied has shown signs of dry rot near the clamps, both ends. I've trimmed the hose and used worm gear clamps to seal the hose. Still have problems.For now I use the extend run tank as a storage tank.

Everything appears to be of high quality. Assembled waiting to use preparing for when I get the camper or need an extended run set up. Planning.
