Too strong
When I took my first doze I was kind of scare when it kicked in my system. Was not pleasant.I will open the capsule and divided in 2, I know is a mess but I would ask them to make it 30 mg as it is the most prescribed dosage.All I can say is be carefully with this steroid.I was taking drops before about 9-10 drops but found it too expensive and has glycerine and alcohol in it. I would much prefer drops but without the alcohol at least.Nobody makes it on our liking do they?

i am into the second month and maybe it is just the stage of life i am in (menopausal) but i noticed it doesnt help the symptoms, so i have resorted to other remedies, which i have had more success with. i will finish the bottle, because maybe they will boost the progesterone boosting herbs that are helping reduce symptoms

I'd read good things many of which others had said they cause nausea & cutting the tablet in half. As you can see there a capsule. I've found my night flush has practically stopped I've had 2 out of 14days. I've had no nausea. I do feel less tired & not as snappy. The amount of flushes have calmed down by half. From today I'm actually trying out 2 capsules, 1 morning and 1 evening. Il make my mind up once I've finished the bottle to see if they really have made it better. So it now 3mths & I feel so much better the only hot flushes I get is when I'm actually hot. I'm sleeping better especially as no flushes. Brain fog is easing. Hair looks & feels great, my nails are growing faster, stronger. I've not felt nausea. I'm currently have none & 7days in I'm starting to flag, feel crappy, tired, moody.

Not sure these were good for me
I tried these and was really happy for the first few months, felt like a different person, lot lighter, no brain fog etc. then all of a sudden started getting terrible skin and hair loss.I'd say double check with a doctor before using. I felt great at first but then...

These were reccomended, can't say I have noticed a difference so not sure I will buy again.

For Menopause, great so far.
Started on these about 10 days ago. Immediately felt mood lift, more energy and memory is better. Waiting for leg pain to go, but it's heading in the right direction.Downside NAUSEA! Easily solved. Half the amount by TAKING EVERY OTHER DAY! So instead of 50mg, it's 25mg.So more Value for Money! Will keep buying. Now I've found them, will stick to these.Ps wish I'd found them months ago. If you are not convinced, go read Ray Pest on the internet.
