This is an extremely light weight plastic scale but does the job just fine. Easy to use.

Extremely sensitive, easy to use and small to store. It has four different scales of measurement. You can measure in ounces and convert to grams by simply pushing the button to change measurement mode. If you put a bowl on it and turn it on, it will start at 0, or you can add weight and tare it (power button marked tare also) and start at 0 again. I have been keeping track of what I eat and this is an easy way to measure and be precise. Only con is the display is not backlit, but that means I won't be changing the battery for a long time.

About the only thing this little scale doesn't do is weigh things that are huge, and weigh things that are in micrograms. Also it's black which is cool.

Great brand but very small - any bowl covers up the display. The larger rectangle Triomph digital scale is superb for the same price and does not have this problem.

Items I like:1. Small footprint2. Scale platform sits up from reader display.3. Can be turned off in addition to automatic shut off.4. When I press button, I know I pressed it!5. "Tare" very responsive.Although I have used the flat rectangular scales with more "touch" controls, this scale is more in line with my preference. The tare (zeroing out) feature is very responsive because when you press the button you can feel the press, vs touch models.Because scale platform is raised and separated from display area, I find it easier to see and manipulate containers to still see display.

Display gets hidden by larger bowls but we've used and abused this little scale for a number of years and it's still kickin. Can't confirm accuracy but when baking it seems to be close enough to get good results.
